About Retro Performance
At Retro Performance we offer a complete service for your retro VW. We have been involved with performance VWs for a combined total of over 30 years and we also offer servicing and general maintenance work for any retro car.
Repair
We can carry out full restorations from show cars to daily drivers, or we can carry out a part restoration to your car if you do not want or need a full restoration.
Race
If you want to increase the performance of your road car, or race car, we can build high performance engines, build roll cages to MSA specifications, suspension upgrades, brake upgrades, narrowed rear suspension, narrowed front suspension, gearbox upgrades.
Custom
Some of the custom work we do includes: lowering, narrowing, wiring and paintwork. We offer a competetive lowering service for any Retro VW. We also can narrow your front beam from a mild 2 inch narrowing to somethng a little more custom - we have recently built an 8 inch narrowed beam for an early Beetle.
