Lowering:
If you want to lower your car we will discuss with you the best method to choose, as there are numerous options available. The most common is to fit adjusters into your front beam. This will alow you to change the ride height at a later date if you decide you want to change it. Lowering on adjusters can cause the suspension to become harsh the lower you get, so if you want to go really low we usually suggest dropped spindles and a narrowed beam.
Narrowing:
We can narrow your existing beam if it is in good condition, and narrow your leaves and tie rods to suit. We remove the material from the centre of the beam and relocate the uprights, and fit sway away style adjusters. This way is more work than removing material from outside of the uprights but the overall finish is better and the beam retains its strength.
If you want to go more narrow than 3 inch on a ball joint beam, or 2 inch on a king and link pin beam we can build a beam with laser cut end plates to avoid body mods, unless you want to go really narrow. In that case, body mods will be required.
If your beam is rusty it is not worth repairing then it is worth considering the cost of a new narrowed beam from companies such as Slamwerks. If you have a good quality narrowed beam we can fit it for you and narrow the leaves and tie rods to suit.
